Our Team
Jeff Kaplan founded and chaired the Urban Land Institute’s first Young Leaders Group in 2002. Now comprised of over 5,000 members in 35 cities internationally, the ULI Young Leaders Group is introducing young real estate professionals to ULI’s mission of responsible development of land at a very early stage in their careers. Jeff’s commitment to urbanism led him to help create an urban brokerage team at Wulfe & Co. with Adam Brackman in 2004. He is currently chairing Urban Marketplace, an educational outreach program for ULI that will promote investment opportunities in Houston’s urban areas. He is also the real estate columnist for 002+ Magazine and is a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Adam Brackman has a strong background negotiating complex deals for urban land. Adam’s commitment to urban retail has led him to attend numerous ULI workshops and travel to over a dozen American cities in the last two years seeking ideas to transform other markets. Adam sits on the board of the Midtown Management District, Urban Planning Committee, is Chairman of the Midtown Marketing Committee, and is the Finance Chairman of the Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation. Monte Large has a background in design, retail, and architecture. His passion for art and design led him to New York City, where he lived from 1996 – 2003 while attending Columbia University / Bard College and later designing for H&M. While at H&M, Monte lived part-time in Stockholm, gaining insight into one of Europe’s most progressive fashion scenes. That experience and his love of urbanism led him back home to Houston in hopes of creating true urban districts. In 2004 Monte joined the Wulfe Urban team.
