Principal

Taryn is a Principal of Wulfe Management Services and directs the Management Company with 15 employees and oversees 3.5 million square feet in 42 shopping centers.

Taryn's management expertise includes negotiating vendor contracts, leases, collections, budgets, tenant relationships, build outs and capital improvements. Taryn is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Taryn is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and holds a Texas Real Estate License. Taryn served as chairman of the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce, is active on the Houston Parks Board and is involved in many charitable organizations.
