Principal
Taryn is a Principal of Wulfe Management Services and directs the Management Company with 14 employees and oversees 2.5 million square feet of retail assets.
Taryn’s management expertise includes negotiating vendor contracts, leases, collections, budgets, tenant relationships, build outs and capital improvements. Taryn is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Taryn is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate and holds a Texas Real Estate License. Taryn serves as chairman of the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce and is involved in many charitable organizations.
