Vice President
Scott is the Vice President at Wulfe & Co. He joined the firm in 1986 and is now responsible for maintaining a library of information including data on various markets, road construction information and plans, tenant contact information, shopping center database, tax records and ownership information, Houston economy statistics and demographic information. As System Administrator, he also manages the firm’s IT infrastructure.
Scott also coordinates the firm’s marketing programs including external marketing, property sales and leasing packages, and site selection packages for tenant representation, as well as demographic maps, charts, and reports.
Scott received the President’s Award for outstanding performance from Wulfe & Co, and is active in several professional and civic organizations.
He earned a BA in Accounting from University of Houston, an Associates Degree in Business Administration from North Harris County College, and studied Civil Engineering at Texas A & M University.
