Principal
Bob Sellingsloh is a Principal of Wulfe & Co. He has twenty-four years of experience in commercial and retail real estate in Houston, and was one of the firm’s original members.
Bob specializes in the development of shopping centers. His expertise includes creating marketing strategies with preliminary site plans and preferred anchors; creating financial models with projected net operating income, costs, and internal rates of return; negotiating tenant leases; arranging interim construction financing; monitoring architects, engineers, and general contractors; and ultimately preparing a financial analysis comparing the sale of the project to long term ownership.
Bob is the Chairman of the Board of the Midtown Redevelopment Authority, a board member of the Main Street Coalition, and a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Bob graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and an MBA.
