Robert D. Sellingsloh

Principal

Bob Sellingsloh is a Principal of Wulfe & Co. and has thirty years of experience in commercial/retail real estate in Houston. He started his real estate career in 1980 with Henry S. Miller Company and in 1985 he joined Wulfe & Co. as one of the firm's original members.

Bob has specialized in the development and leasing of shopping centers. During his career, Bob has been instrumental in the development of over 2.5 million square feet of retail projects with include MeyerPark Center, Pinecroft Center, Deerbrook MarketPlace and Meyerland Plaza and Gulfgate Center. Bob is currently working on the new BLVD Place mixed-use development located on the southwest corner of Post Oak Boulevard and San Felipe. BLVD Place will include 400,000 square foot of retail space, 300,000 square feet of office space, a luxury hotel and high-rise residences. His expertise includes creating development concepts for each project, financial analysis, negotiating tenant leases, arranging financing and assembling the project team which includes architects, engineers and the general contractor.

In addition to his involvement with Wulfe & Co., Bob is Chairman of the Board of the Midtown Redevelopment Authority, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Bob graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance (1978) and an MBA (1980).
