Principal
Katherine is a Principal of Wulfe & Co. specializing in retail project leasing and tenant representation throughout the greater Houston area. In her twenty year career, she has represented land and property owners in the sale, marketing, leasing, and disposition of retail property and raw land, and has represented national, regional, and local retailers in site selection.
Katherine works on tenant mix plans, lease negotiations and shopping center remerchandizing. She has been actively involved in the redevelopment and leasing of Gulfgate Center since its acquisition.
Katherine earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is active in community organizations and fundraising activities for Houston area philanthropic groups.
