Elise A. Weatherall

Principal

Elise Weatherall, is a Principal of Wulfe & Co. and is one of the firm's original associates. With over twenty five years of experience in commercial retail real estate in Houston, she handles retail projects and properties, and exclusive representation of retailers.

During her career, Elise has handled over 725 real estate transactions and is a top producer at Wulfe & Co. She has worked on specialty centers, neighborhood centers, enclosed malls, and power centers. Elise was a key member of the team during the redevelopment and remerchandizing of Meyerland Plaza, a 900,000 square foot center that won a Legacy Award for "Deals That Make A Difference in Houston". Currently Elise is involved with the development and leasing of BLVD PLACE a 700,000 mixed-use project located in the heart of Houston's Uptown District.

Elise graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate. She is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
